Advance Payment in full: To secure your appointment, payment is preferred upfront and in advance of your scheduled time. No-Shows: No refunds. Weather or Unsafe Conditions: No refunds, but you’ll receive a gift card valid for one year. Family Emergencies: Please contact us directly. We kindly ask for your understanding.
