Advance Payment Preferred: To secure your appointment, payment is preferred upfront and in advance of your scheduled time. Cash Payments: If you'd prefer to pay in cash, this must be arranged ahead of time and approved by Jenna prior to your appointment. No-Shows: No refunds. Weather or Unsafe Conditions: No refunds, but you’ll receive a gift card valid for one year. Family Emergencies: Please contact us directly. We kindly ask for your understanding.
